Full refund up to 60 days before arrival · 50% up to 30 days · non-refundable after.

Refunds are a percentage of the total price of your stay, and go back to the card you paid with.
Changing your dates instead
Free date changes, subject to availability. Ask us before cancelling — moving your stay is often the better option, and it’s free.
How to cancel
Email hello@villablotto.com with your booking reference. The date we receive your email is the date that counts. We’ll confirm the cancellation and any refund in writing.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
Security hold
The €500 security hold is only placed 2 days before arrival, so it never applies to a cancelled booking.
