Pick your dates on Rates & availability and send us a request with a few lines about who's coming. Nothing is charged when you send it. We hold the dates for 24 hours and reply personally — if we accept, we take the deposit and your booking is confirmed.

30% when we accept your request — nothing is charged before then. The balance is charged to the same card 6 weeks before arrival. You'll get a receipt by email each time.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival · 50% up to 30 days · non-refundable after. Free date changes, subject to availability.

Yes — a €500 hold placed on your saved card 2 days before arrival — never charged unless there's damage, released within 7 days of departure.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you need a little more time, ask us — when there's no changeover that day we're happy to help.

Yes — the pool and its stone terrace with sun loungers are just for your group. There's no lifeguard, so children need to be supervised at all times.

Yes. Beds are made up and towels are ready when you arrive. Linen and towels are changed weekly, not daily — Villa Blotto is a home, not a hotel.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included.

Yes, parking at the villa is free. A car or scooter is the easiest way to explore the rest of Paxos.

Fly to Corfu, take a short taxi ride to the port, then the ferry or a water taxi to Paxos — around 1 hour on the fast boats. From the port it's a scenic drive up the island to the villa, and we'll meet you there. Prefer not to think about it? Add a door-to-door transfer when you book.
